Sydney one man band Bob Brown has been playing professionally and semi-professionally for over 30 years and specialises in live music from 1950's - 1970’s.
Bob is fully self sufficient and requires little floor space and is very economical for parties/birthdays while still retaining a full backing sound for dancing etc.
Some different styles and formats:
Quiet background music - light Bossa Nova / Latin / Ballads
Birthdays / Dinner dances / Functions / Parties / Club Socials etc.
Rock 'n Roll / Dance music - Neil diamond / Elvis / ABBA / Disco
The Shadows Instrumentals.
Country - Billy Ray Cyrus / Dave Dudley / Hank Williams
Jazz standards - Nat King Cole / Sinatra / Michael Buble etc
Seniors music incl Jazz waltzes, quicksteps, foxtrots etc
Bob is available for all types of events including weddings, cocktail parties and any special occasion.
My dad thoroughly enjoyed having Bob serenade us on Sunday. He sang Golden Oldies, just like I had asked and was extremely easy-going.
I loved that he arrived extra early to set up to avoid any rush.
We were more than happy to have Bob as an extra ‘family member’ for the day. I hope Bob enjoyed his time here also.
If we entertain the idea of having a live musician for my father ever again, we would certainly not hesitate to book him again, nor recommend to him others.

Bob was excellent
It was a fabulous selection, finalising with Paul Anka’s Diana – one of her favourites.
She thoroughly enjoyed it, as did we all.
